wish me luck ,i hate tea ,but anything to get my supply up . anybody used this ? was it good?

I've never used this. But I've used legendairy supplements. They seems to do well for me.

It didn't really help my supply 😣. The taste is ok, I would add a bit of sugar.

Honestly the only way this tea works is if u drink AloT of it other wise is does noting her some fenugreek and oatmeal works amazing

Like crazy and also red and blue Gatorade which is odd but someone told me to try it and it helped 😦
