Woke up with contractions that will not go away. It feels more like BH/menstrual cramps but drinking water, and switching positions have not helped. It’s been a hour and they have not subsided but they’re not consistent at all. 🤔
Go for a brisk walk and sort of squat/ lunge as you do (if you’re not in too much pain)
Or swivel your hips on a birthing ball if you have one
Keep moving your hips is the best way to see if things will progress
