Up with heart burn 😠

- When I was pregnant, I carried a bottle of Maalox in my purse. It’s the only thing that worked for me! Recommend it for sure! It’s a chalky drink. Old school doctors recommend it.

A teaspoon of bicarb soda and a little water mixed together quickly drink it as its not very nice but works really well for me

- If you want to try home things tonight. A spoonful of vinegar is said to work.

Baking soda mixed in water works but it tastes awful

Zantac. Wash it down with a glass of milk.
