My son is three and he never hears anyone call me by my name. My husband has always called me babe. Like i can literally count on my hands how many times he’s called me my first name from the past 5 years we’ve been together. So i find it so funny that I’ll ask my son what his dads name is and he’ll say Jonathan but if i ask him mine he replies with “mommy’s name is babe” 😂.

@tavia.plummer, hubby doesn’t think it’s funny that he calls him by name though 😂 I personally think it’s adorable.

😂😂 my sons the same way. He knows daddy is Charlie or char. But mommy is hunny.
@sadie.w, yesss! Lol plus I always tell him my name and he says it but it’s like nope dad calls you babe so it’s babe lol. Whenever he leaves the house he always yells bye Jon/ Jonathan to my husband since that’s what i do lol it’s so funny.
@johnell, lol yes. It’s like their little adults just saying hi or bye but my husband is like yeah it’s cute but no 😂
