I waited 5 weeks and I was fine and that was w both of my kids and it may have been sooner w my 1st. I tried to follow the rules bt I didn't make it. I was fine tho bt I know my body and I knew I would be ok

@aprilmommy2be2018 yea it definitely hurts at first. Best advice is to take it slow and go into it knowing that it might hurt to much and you might have to stop. But it's a step
