Mommy’s, what’s the best route on weaning from breastfeeding 🤱🏻 ? Slowly or cold turkey? Im weaning my 20 month old and so far today I’ve been successful with no feedings but what about bed time?

Quick question. Why do baby food say from 4months+ but we're told not to wean until 6months+? I'm not planning on weaning Evie as she's far too young I'm just curious:)
