Anyone be interested in joining a keto group chat? I’m needing to start back up and this will help…

I’m down!! I lost 25 lbs in a month doing keto & just starting back up myself. I’m always looking for good recipes :)

@momof2gs, awesome!! I think we need one more to start a group chat! I had lost 40 when I started in October but we had two deaths in the family and keto went out the door 🤦🏻‍♀️ plus my dr put me on the wrong birth control for a month and I ended up gaining almost half back🤦🏻‍♀️

@pipelinemama, aww I’m so sorry for your losses! I’ve managed to keep my 25 off somehow but totally fell off the wagon when we moved out of state.

I'd like to be more informed on a keto diet. I've never tried doing it.
