Definitely thrush if you can’t wipe it off. My daughter had it. Take him in because it gets worse and painful. That looks like the beginning. Look in his cheeks, is there any white?

@mommydelacruz I don't think so i had it a few years ago and i was on heavy doses of antibiotics. Don't freak out we've all been there. Maybe call Dr. You dont wanna mess with stuff like this. He will be okay though!

Not necessarily it doesn't have to be on the feet. My kids had it and only around the mouth and inside the mouth.

@boymomx3, it’s not that. Cuz his mouth would’ve had red bumps around his mouth. And feet, hands.

On his tongue. Looks like thrush which is very very contagious. Your best bet is to take him to Dr.
