I just had to dump 8 ounces of my breast milk 😩 I had it in the insulated part of my diaper bag yesterday because my baby didn't eat it and i forgot about putting it back in the freezer at night and in the morning i remembered it was in there and by that time it was defrosted and bad 😭😭
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
