What does it feel like to be induced?

Not the most pleasant of experiences but it’s worth it to have a healthy baby at the end

Long and boring process lol but all worth it x

I think it's different for everyone. I had a pessary inserted at 3.30pm. Pain started at 9.30pm all back labour and she was out by 12.26am. So I had a precipitous labour it was quick and intense. But heard some people can go on days and contractions are harder and more unpleasant xx

I do not want to be induced this time. I was induced last time at 38wks. I went in at 7.30am had drip. They broke my waters about dinner time. Daughter wasn't born until 11.41pm

I loved being induced with my 3 I felt safe knowing I was in hospital and I was home the next day with 2 and home that night with my 5th but it is different for everyone some ppl are in there for 2 weeks and then have to have a c section but it’s worth for u and baby to be okay. X x

I had my waters broken 2:30am, was put on the hormone drip at 5:30am.. was the most painful experience of my life... didnt have george until 10:17pm!! I was in labour 18 hours!!

I was in labour for 3 days and ended with a c section so awful for me and ended up with an infection to

Mine was awful. 😢

Failed induction 3 days in pain and nothing really happened. Resulted in a emergency C section. Got an infection & sepsis. Almost died.

So this time round I've been told I've got to be induced again I'm so worried and roughly it will be happening in 2 weeks time.

I know every pregnancy is different but I'm slightly traumatised by my last one.
