so i had my first Period on metformin (For My PCOs) and it lasted about 7 days... went a week without a period tested with opk all those days and this past Friday Started a period again with heavy flow for three days straight and now it has come to just spotting... if I'm not bleeding tomorrow can I start back up with Opks?

You should put in ff that you started. As soon as the bleeding stops you should be able to start back using opks

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
