What's everyone do to keep their minds busy during TWW? I tend to obsess about things & need something else to focus on.

Keeping my body busy is never a problem lol. I'm just an overthinker. I think I'll go through the bookshelves & find a book to read. Maybe my mind will stay busy with that.

The weather, what you’re gonna make for supper, you can think about anything. My toddler keeps me busy enough to not symptom spot 😂
