Do you ever think to yourself, “wow I married into the wrong family”? I was extremely close with my husband family and then we split up for 8 months during that 8 months his family acted like I didn’t even exist and my kids didn’t exist. Today I’m very emotional about that. Very. I hate how awful people can be and how my heart is so easily broken.

Sometimes things like that are just awkward situation! Maybe they simply didn't know how to handle it. I would try to talk it out with them! They may not have meant anything by it and may have been hurting themselves. Idk!

I would be really hurt if my husband didn’t address this with his family.
It's not nice, but I could understand them not talking to you if you and your husband split, I can't understand them cutting off the kids though, the kids are family
My husbands brother began dating a new woman last summer, and she has caused a rift in his family. Shortly after they met I organized a birthday party for my hubs and she attended so long story short she became intoxicated and verbally attacked me. Her reason for it was that my brother in laws ex stopped by to drop off a card (she also lives in our rental party that they used to share) and she assumed I did this to spite her. Keep in mind I had no idea his brother was bringing a new gf. I was very close with my husbands family and when it came down to it his family defended the new gf. My husband was mind boggled and we stopped attending family events (he didn’t feel comfortable) to this day his mom blames me for why my husband chooses not to go there for special occasions when the woman is there...his moms exact words were that I needed to get over it. The first time we’d seen them was Easter, and this past Sunday we attended a nephews birthday that the brother and his gf showed up to. We simply chose not to speak with her but my MIL made a point to come up to me and tell me I need to let things go. Relationships with in laws can be tough especially if there’s been a split up or other “incident” like we had.

My ex husbands family is the same. We were very close I thought and my daughter had a very close bond with all of them. When he left me for another woman they completely cut contact with me and our 4yr old daughter. Haven’t even heard from her grandma in 2 yrs

Did your husband tell them something to make them treat you that way? Not that it's ok but surely there's a reason.
Y’all please please be careful and monitor what these babies are watching on YouTube thank god my baby didn’t understand what the thing was saying he showed me the phone and said “scary mama” I think continued to listen to what the thing was saying and I was livid and horrified it was explaining to my son how to kill the whole family while everyone was asleep

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. Deff thankful for my family atm. I will start to do eBay too . I have stuff i can sell... anything to help out alittle help my husband ... whatever i can do.
Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
