Any tips to relieve inner thigh pain, it hurts so bad to walk even, literally limped today. Can’t have this while taking care of 3 small kids as well 😭 doctor told me it’s normal cause of baby putting pressure but this feels crazy 😩

I agree with the person above who said stretching. It’s so good for u to do. It should help with the pain. Hope u get some relief. I’ve learned recently that stretching is probably one of the best things u can do for your body. Did u know that on average a dog or cat will stretch up to 200 times a day!!! Where as humans do it almost never?!?! Wild right!! Even when not pregnant everyone should be stretching. I’m a patient of a chiropractor and since going and stretching I feel so amazing

Stretch, take a moment to really stretch your body, if it’s hard for you, ask SO or someone to assist. A little stretching everyday will go a long way! I hope you feel better!

I slept with a pregnancy pillow and when it got bad, I'd fold it my heating pad amd put it between my legs for a little bit!

It should ease on its own. Its definitely painful. Take some Tylenol and rub it. Hope u feel better
