Extreme upper back pain the runs down my spine. Gets worse as the days go by. Only comfy way of laying is on my back. Does anyone know why this is? Any tips? Please....

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?

Try using heating pad that is what I’m using for my pain 😩
