What age do you start tummy time ?

The activity mat is a good idea, I have one and he likes to stare at the toys, it has a little mobile on it and he'll lay there and kick his feet and coo. He's a little over a month old.

As soon as their born. My son was already lifting his head on day two. He's a month old now and he can hold his head up for short periods.
