Anyone have tattoos for their kids?? I want to get one for Maddox but I need ideas!

My partner has a beautiful tattoo on his back for my son. It says

“Of all the things my hands have held, the best by far is you.”

And his name and date of birth underneath.

I read somewhere it’s not safe to get a tattoo a few years after you’ve given birth ., just invade your kid may need blood you wouldn’t be able to with the ink in your skin .

@carmelosmommy, that is completely false. The only reason not to get a tattoo after birth is due to breastfeeding and the chance of infection. Your baby will likely not be the same blood type as you even.

I have something planned for all my kids but currently only have their names tattooed.. my sons on my wrist and daughters on my arms.

This is my ankle tattoo, it’s her name and a little duck because that’s what I used to call her.

I plan on getting something too. I've got my heart set on a tiny procession of origami elephants. That way I can add to it
