Benadryl is on the list of safe over the counter allergy meds you can take while pregnant.

I've taken allegra or zyrtec while pregnant, both are approved by my doctor. If i don't take them daily i end up with a sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection. Saline nose spray can help too. Good luck, i hope you get some relief.

My pharmacy said these two together should work and safe? Im so scared taking the wrong thing while pregnant that my biggest fear . are these okay to take ladies??? @ktarver44 @boymomx3 @linsceb @dpushknockx

@northernmama if your pharmacist said those are okay then i would trust them. My local pharmacist is always cautious about giving certain meds when they know i'm pregnant and always warn me if there could be bad side effects so i can ask my dr for something else if i need to.
