@natasha_penney, I wish i can do counseling with him or even myself or some antidepressants but I dnt have health insurance right now

@natasha_penney, I’ve been dealing with postpartum depression since my second baby was born and he just doesn’t get it, he doesn’t think it’s a real thing and when I’m telling him how I feel he blows me off. I have no one to talk to about my feelings, no close girlfriends and mom and I aren’t close/personal. So I’ve been kinda “dealing with it” and it’s bottling up and I’ve developed so much anger i hate myself for it. And of course it doesn’t help when aunt flo arrives 😬 crazy hormones 🤦🏻‍♀️

I agree! Counseling worked for us somewhat and a real discussion about what the fighting is about??? Is it the topics or how things are being said?
