How long does it take for the swelling to go down after birth. Like my feet, ankles and all that.

Mine were like balloons after birth! It took me like a solid two weeks.

Everyone is different. For me each pregnancy was also different. Epsom salt soaks and compression socks help. Hope you start getting back to normal soon.

@jennatess @brownsugarluv @girlmom. Ugh well I hope mine go back to normal soon. I can't even wear shoes lol. I had to wear slippers to my babys appt today.

@d0iinjusfiin3, I forgot! This helped me so much! I went to Walmart and got the cheep Tonic Water in the alcohol aisle with the other mixers. I bought like 6 or 10 bottles of Tonic water and soaked my feet. The swelling dramatically went down.

@jennatess I would need a whole bunch of that lol it's my legs also and my knees. I can feel them giggle when I walk even on top of my foot I can feel giggle lol thats how bad it is.

@d0iinjusfiin3, girl took me like a whole freaking month don’t quiet remember!! My feet were horrible always using slippers even to the stores!!! Lol
