😷 getting out of a hot bath has made me feel horrendous 🙈... won’t be doing that again anytime soon!

My midwife told me not to take hot baths because they can bring on early labour xx

@em93bbourn, it’s the same reason we aren’t allowed in hot tubs and saunas hun they get too warm for us xx

@courtniek98x, yeah I think it was too hot it was okay until I done my hair then I was just boiling 😂 I’ll stick to showers I can never judge the bloody water right in a bath lol xx
