Went to the Dr today! Everything looks great! Cervix is still closed!! And babygirl is almost 7lbs!!!
Any ideas or recommendations on how to go into labor or to dilate!?

@crazysmc25, they should be at your local pharmacy where all the vitamins and supplements are located
@vhutcheson09, for the raspberry leaf tea- make sure you get raspberry LEAF tea, not raspberry flavored tea or it won’t do anything. I’d suggest getting bags and then make it twice as concentrated as the directions say. You can also find recipes online for how concentrated to make it to start labor.
Insert 2 evening primrose oil capsules in your vagina right up against your cervix before you go to bed

Also I tried pineapples and I also made some inducing cookies and Im 3.5 cm dilated...But whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT ASK ANYBODY on this app about Castor Oil cause I asked this a.m. just was asking and some tried to crucify me lol...But ima give you the cookie recipe...Also walks, squats on exercise ball!
