Thank you ladies, just got worried because my back started aching as well as some lightening cramps on my belly and the feeling of having to puke. Hopefully it goes away. Its been about an hour and still feel uneasy.

Signs of. High blood pressure, blurry vision and headaches are two main ones! You can take your blood pressure at a pharmacy if you're worried between visits! :]

HBP is just bad overall for anyone to have, but in pregnancy it can be an indication of pre eclampsia. I think an argument could rise it up if it’s too intense. Best if you don’t argue for the sake of the baby, it can bring to many negative emotions on your body and baby.

Signs can be headache fatigue or they might find protein in your urine

High blood pressure is bad for many reasons over all. Arguments and break downs cause stress and stress can elevate blood pressure. I had extremely high blood pressure throughout my entire pregnancy. It affects the blood that goes through cord, not providing enough oxygen to the baby. And puts stress in your placenta. And, high blood pressure and protein in your urine is preeclampsia and that's bad for you and the baby. Im probably missing stuff, but I'm not an expert! Just trying to remember stuff from when I was hospitalized for both high blood pressure and preeclampsia!

Great question. It can lead to preeclampsia. A heated argument will causes acute high blood pressure which means it will eventually go down when you are more calm and settled:) So I heated discussion is safe:)
