I am definitely having a lot of pain since getting any of my epidurals my lower back hurts so bad sometimes I can’t bend over and I end up crying it’s bad

Yup. They put mine in the wrong spot. I knew right away because the whole left side of me jolted. Ever since my lower back has had major issues. I always had back problems but not like this. About 3 months ago my back started to give out over simple things. And I mean it gave out to where I’d drop to the floor and couldn’t move or anything. Super scary when I’m home with the baby. I refuse to lift anything when I’m home alone for that reason.

@vanessa81.vr hopefully it just goes away for you. When i went in to discuss having one this time he said sometimes they brush a nerve and that's what causes it. It's just a matter of how your body heals as to how long it stays.

@mamagunn.no.1, wow yea I know what you mean about the cold going down your back that’s exactly what I feel but no pain

I had a spinal block 11yrs ago and from a few weeks after I started getting shooting pains up my spine like someone was blowing freezing cold air up my spine with a straw if that makes sense? Also I would randomly get the chills like a had a fever but it would be hot outside, then i would nearly pass out and collapse. It took up until about 3 or 4 yrs ago to finally stop. When i just had bub 5 weeks ago I discussed having the epidural and was told it can be permanent damage but that is extremely rare and usually goes away. I was induced and after 11hrs of active labour couldn't hold out and got the epi. So far i haven't had any of the problems i had last time.

Pain shooting up and down my back then where I can’t hardly breathe without it hurting. It’s rare that it happens though like once or twice a month.

Haven’t had any headaches and can’t tell on back pain, I had back pain issues before giving birth, I take muscle relaxers

My lower back throbs a lot it’s sucks 😩
