When should I pierce my sons ears? Any input would be helpful please and thank you in advance. 🙂
My new baby doesn't have his ears pierced bt ppl mistake him for a girl too.
@tibi2696, I like your response because of the truths. I’m so iffy on what to do now though! Lol omg I want to though
Even if people do think he's a girl, it doesn't matter, people thought my sister was a boy even when she was in pink, and some people thought my son was a girl and he doesn't have pierced ears so do whatever you want. If he ends up not liking them then he can always let them close but honestly he'll probably like it if his dad's ears are pierced.
I think with any type of body modifications, you should let your child decide on what they want to do with their body.
@aussiekiss, thank you for your reply! Yeah I want to but I don’t want anyone to think he’s a girl
Probably until he is old enough to decide whether he wants to or not.
My other half has both his ears pierced but it was entirely his decision. LOL! I honestly thought he was gay, when i saw it. Until he tried to talk to me, and i asked him about it.
Before we pierced my daughters ear, she barely had any hair, so people would not know whether to call her a she or he ( which i never understood because she is always in pink, or something with pink!)
But after we pierced her ears, no one has ever said “ He “ anymore.
Whenever u want to. My oldest had his ears pierced and he was so cute and everyone knew he was boy.
@babynessa, only reason why I thought of it was because his dad had his pierced early on and my dad does too so I didn’t think anything of it. I know ppl do it. Thank you!
I have a two year six month old boy in my class that recently got his ears pierced. Do whatever you think is best.
@mamabird228, I see what your saying. It makes sense. I will wait thank you!
@aussiekiss, someone has asked me bout my son too before so I can see that to be true.
