Mokimbo·10.05.2018Albacore tuna is on the higher side of mercury levels, ones like skipjack have lower levels (for the future 😊)Отметок «Нравится»: 00 Ответить
Brittany Bauknecht ·10.05.2018Мама дочки (2 года) @mokimbo, thanks for letting me know. I don’t eat a ton of it at all, very little do I want it. So I wasn’t sure if it was safe to eat while pregnant.Отметок «Нравится»: 11 Ответить
Mary ·11.05.2018Мама двоих (младенец) They say not to eat much, but I ate tuna throughout both pregnancies.Отметок «Нравится»: 00 Ответить
Nunya Business·11.05.2018Yeah, chunk light in water has less mercury though. You could also make the same thing but use canned chicken. It tastes the same to me, but no mercury (or Omega-3's unfortunately).Отметок «Нравится»: 00 Ответить
