@mokimbo, thanks for letting me know. I don’t eat a ton of it at all, very little do I want it. So I wasn’t sure if it was safe to eat while pregnant.
Albacore tuna is on the higher side of mercury levels, ones like skipjack have lower levels (for the future 😊)
Yes but only so many ounces and as long as you're not eating a lot of other mercury high foods
Yeah, chunk light in water has less mercury though. You could also make the same thing but use canned chicken. It tastes the same to me, but no mercury (or Omega-3's unfortunately).
