I haven't had any fast food in over 10 years. Well if you don't count pizza and the good burger place we have here in Jersey that's not Burger King or McDonald's

@maryeliza, it’s easy it’s a mind thing I don’t even feed my son McDonald’s or a lot of fast food for that matter we cook mostly and if we eat out we will dine in at a restaurant and I’ll get some grilled food
