Usually, if you don't hear back in 3 day's you should be good. That's how it is here. No, call is good.

It was about 3 days later which was my obgyn appointment which worked out

If they don't call u then u should get ur results on ur the next doctor appointment

Mine were posted on my online chart the same day. I agree with the pp though they have always said no call is good news.
