Bedtime has gotten so frustrating lately. She comes out of her rooms multiple times after her bedtime routine, never wanting anything just keeps saying mommy over and over. I'm sick of getting upset and taking a half hour to put her to bed, so tonight I did the supernanny method. She's angry but she is staying in her room. Definantly keeping this method going.
Loool my daughter never stay in her room if we leave her. We tried to impose a bedtime routine. It never worked on her. She is a high need toddler.
@tania.elbaba ya I hear ya I guess a half hour isn't too bad. I don't mind if she plays in her room for awhile and then falls asleep, just don't like her coming out of her room after bedtime routine.
Children can be very tough. Trust me half an hour is not bad at all. My daughter can stay in the dark for hours without sleeping 😴
UPDATE: they’re keeping me in over night as her monitoring wasn’t great so I’m being monitored every 6 hours and if I’ve still not felt her or she hasn’t moved they’ll go from there 😓

Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
shaking a baby?!
So this girl I know had a baby girl a few months before me. The baby is 8-9 months. Well she was over at my bff house and the baby was crying and she went into the room and shook her and yelled at her to go to sleep!!! My bff started yelling at her to take care of her child. She said but she needs to go to sleep I want yo watch this movie! And my bff told her to get out of the room and she put baby girl to sleep. She goes to the living room. She is not watching a movie but is ...

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
@tania.elbaba I think this will work for her. She caught on pretty quick. Now as long as I can keep it up we should be good lol
