FTM Week 35: when should I start packing my hospital bag? What are some things I should make sure I pack?
@kambam, thank you! I do have kaiser so that’s good. But I will be sure to pack those things!
Pack now ☺
If you have Kaiser they for sure give everything you need. If you don't idk so small list:
Hairbrush
Hairties
Toothbrush
Chapstick
1 pair comfy underwear
1 pair comfy sweats or pjs
Sandals for shower or easy wear
Long phone charger
1 outfit for baby pics if you get them
Or 1 outfit going home
1 swaddle
1 nursing gown if you want to wear your own and not hospitals.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Everything. They give you a gown and socks during labor. When you move to recovery you basically get anything you need. Room service 247. I didn't need anything for my son because he got little newborn kimonos, diapers, wipes. I used the hospital swaddles/ blankets. And recovrry stuff for home like numbing spray, pads, nipple cream etc. The stuff i posted above is still useful though. You should also try to make your hospital tour ASAP to double check what your experience will be like bc they're probably not all the same even tho it's Kaiser @mamacils
