I really really loved the name Cordelia for this girl child, but now I’m starting to change my mind. Maybe Genevieve or Eloise?
@daniellenagle87, I do as well. All my kids have oldies but goodies;) you’ll find one perfect for her. BTW you live about an hour and a half from where I grew up and just moved from last year:)
@kerstie14, I love a good classic name. I just can’t pick one lol
We have the name Genevieve picked out❤️ I think it’s a beautiful name that isn’t used much and I like that. The other are beautiful as well!
@kjcross, thanks I’ll keep looking.
@daniellenagle87 You said you were sure about the names for your other children. We were sure right away when we picked our girl's name. ...maybe just maybe you just haven't come across "her name" yet. Like the idea of finding a soulmate- you know it when it's the one. I say keep looking until something just clicks! Good luck, mama
@jennatess, but I specifically names by daughter Penelope Jane so people would call her PJ but everyone calls her Penny so...
Well Cordelia would be cordy and I think that’s the cutest thing ever lol. But I also like the nickname for Eloise which would be Lolly in our house.
I like them all!
i always recommend looking at the nicknames: do you like them also? Cordelia: Elia. Genevieve: Genna or Gen. Eloise: Ellie.
People will always give kids a nickname if possible and I always want to make sure I like a the name as well and potential future nicknames.

Personally? I love Genevieve and Eloise!
@steph_anie, with my other 3 I was certain of there names before they were here. Not this one lol
@daniellenagle87 I understand, you can always hold onto all three and wait until she gets here to name here.
We talk to our son and call him by his name and he kicks or nudges so we just assume he likes it 😂🤞
@steph_anie, thank you . It’s really hard to name someone you haven’t met yet.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
How You Became Pregnant in 3 Words
Join in on this thread by telling us how you really became pregnant or the circumstances in only 3 words. I'll start.

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Organ donor
I was at the DMV today and I noticed that nobody... literally nobody said yes to being an organ donor when asked. It is really that uncommon? If you're not, what are your reasons for not being one? I am aware this is pretty taboo to talk about.
@daniellenagle87 ive picked out Sj for our son (named Sebastian) and my husbands mothers side call him sabito (drives me nuts bc I hate it so much)
