Never go for kitchen or bathroom installation with Wickes. Especially if you are pregnant. So many issues, delays, faulty products, missing items...Customer services just do not exist. For instance, the manager in the shop start to scream and shout at me when I asked to reimburse for the faulty tiles. All issues, and there are many, we have to sort out at our own cost, petsonal time and inconvinience. Just unbelievable. I am so stressed and we can't stop the project in the middle as this would cause further delays and distress. They know this, plus money was paid in advance, so they just don't care. There are plenty of negative feedbacks on Wickes in the web already so one more won't make a difference. I was checking with my GP what I can do to calm down, as really worry for all this stress in my condition. They recommended calms pills but I am not sure if they are completely safe?
@olga_anonym ok maybe your way is more sensible. Small claim court is good idea hun. No It's not worth stressing. You need to be happy for the baby. Let me know what happens in the future. X
@natalie2255 oh, i am not that drama whilst I was quite hysterical yesterday (who wouldn't be) but I am trying to keep myself calm for the baby. Was even feeling guilty I got emotional and out of control yesterday. Thanks for your kind offer, I will give it a thought; not quite ready to go back there again right now. I am trying to submit complains via multiple sources, not sure this would help but at least something. We might even go to the small court claim to reimburse for all the direct expenses and inconvenience.
@olga_anonym screaming at a pregnant woman. That's disgraceful. I would go back there. Let them scream at me and pretend to faint. Cry....histericly. Let then call ambulance. Make a proper scene. ( I'm a drama queen) sometimes we have to do things out of ordinary to get what we want. Do you want me to come with you? I'll be happy to help. I know what it's like. My husband is a builder and uses wicked often. I'm use to their customer service.
@natalie2255 thanks for the advice, was thinking about this, I know this is really a small thing, I wouldn't care few months after but can't help. Yesterday when the guy started to scream I just couldn't control my feelings, it was so unfair and the worst you can't do anything about it. I will get a letter from GP to see if this could help.
They are absolutely rubbish at looking after customers and your right. Once they have the money they don't care. I'd get a letter from your gp stating that fact you are under a lot of stress because of them. Lack of sleep. Worry...stress..etc. stand your ground hun. You'll get there in the end. You'll have a beautiful kitchen but it's not worth the stress. Think of your baby and yourself. But you'll be surprised how much a letter from gp or solicitors would help. I know you have to pay for the letter but nowhere near how much you have to pay for the kitchen xx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
@natalie2255 hope all will be sorted. Thanks
