I'm 21 weeks pregnant just had my firsr doctors visit today. Found out my baby lacks amniotic fluid. I suck at drinking water but this is definitely an encouragement to do so faithfully. Couldn't find out the sex because baby was in an unfavorable position without much amniotic fluid to flip and play :( I feel bad he or she has been so cramp. #MommyWillDobetter

I am doing as much as I can to dilate because the pain is bad, my amniotic fluid is low so my baby has to be here soon😥😤😤😧😨
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Don’t beat yourself up! All you can do is take the wake up call and do the best you can. I take a 1.5 liter (50 ounce) bottle and drink 2 of it a day, plus juices to get the last 30 ounces of fluids. The biggest factor for me is drinking as much as I can before I start my day/eat breakfast. You can pace yourself all day but it helps tons if you got ahead by chugging in the morning. You’re gonna feel so good once you’re properly hydrated!
