Braxton Hicks or what? so every 5 minutes my stomach gets really tight and it hurts for like 5 seconds then stops hurting but my stomach stays tight. Help?

These Braxton hicks are NO JOKE. My stomach so tight and I'm having horrible cramps. 😩

@taylorsmommy1017, I’m gonna drink some more water but it’s just weird how they are consistent but not really painful

@taylorsmommy1017, they are consistently 5 minutes apart lasting at least one minute. But it’s not severe pain just pressure. I don’t wanna call l & d as I was just there last week with severe back pain and nothing was wrong.

@taylorsmommy1017, thank you for the advice I’m gonna see if they get worse or keep happening for 1 hour then I will call I hate to bother the hospital if someone else is in actual labor and I’m just being a paranoid ftm😂
