Literally no matter what I eat I will take one bite and instantly feel the need to throw up. I’m so fatigue and work right now is extremely hard since I detail cars. And it’s 90 degrees and I feel like I’m going to pass out.

Yess like kambam said drink Gatorade that helped me so Much!! Have you tried popsicles? The first few weeks of pregnancy are super hard dear but promise they will get bette❤️xoxoxo Hope you find something that works out for you and baby!!
Sometimes water doesn't have the necessary electrolytes. You can add lemon or a pinch of sea salt to remedy that and see if it helps. Or Gatorade. Just trying to help.
Have you tried smoothies w protein? Might be easier to keep down. Make sure you're extra hydrated!
I learned it’s ok not to be ok thanks to @leonardsquared, I’m going to try remembering that whenever I feel like I’m failing as a mom because I can’t do the things I used to do.....I’m just sick of feeling sick 😔

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

Girl same happens to me and mostly when i drink water that’s all i drink. There’s these pregnancy drops that i bought at Walmart that helped me with nausea i recommend them. Btw girl it says we are due the same day! Maybe we can be friends i live in Wichita. I’ve seen you before.
