He’s betrayed you and most defiantly stepped over boundary lines.
Also it’s very manipulating for him to block you. There’s so much wrong with what he’s doing don’t even know where to hit it on the nose.
He doesn’t sound like he’s being faithful sounds like he’s deliberately trying to end the relationship. Talk to him. I wouldn’t want you to stay and put up with that kind of behavior though...

Honestly I would kick him out get a lawyer have him pay for everything and you keep the home you car and kids and start seeing how custody would go
Get photos of him blocked you and recording of him talking to other girls and how he treats you record everything
