I'm terrified of my water breaking!!! My Dr had to break mine (after my epidural) so I didn't feel anything the first time. This time I'm so scared. I am afraid it's gonna hurt. Does it???? What does it feel like????

For me it didn't hurt it just felt like I peed myself lol

my water broke when i had my son... honestly it just felt like i pee'd myself 😂😂...

They had to break my water before I opted in to getting an epidural and it doesn’t hurt from what I remember but the contractions become more intense after at least it did for me .

It doesn’t hurt don’t stress over that hun. Just feels like you peed on yourself. Mines broke at home with my 2nd and after that I still shower and left to the hospital.

My son I had it broke in Labour my daughter a week ago it broke and no it doesn’t hurt it really felt like I bunch of pee that would keep running every time I moved lol

Painfree!!! We started cracking up it happened in the kitchen, water just starts gushing out on the floor!
With my 2nd it was manually broken by doctor and it had no pain, it just brought on contractions almost instantly

Its just a big gush of warmth, doesn't hurt. The pressure that comes after is what hurts.

Mine was a huge gush. My doctor broke it when I got to the hospital. All I can remember is the warmth and my fiancé laughing because it “looked like a waterfall.” No pain at all

Mine was just leaking for a couple hours like peeing on myself. Then I had the gush once we arrived at L&D. It's not painful at all. Just a little embarrassing when you're in the parking lot. 😄
