But yes with any kind of cramping you should drink lots of water and rest

@ashelin.ezell13, Are they uncomfortable, or painful, or do they come and go on and off, or are they coming real close together, or is a constant cramp? Sorry for so many questions lol but if they’re real close together and painful then they’re either false labor or real labor and I had both happen when I was pregnant with my son and if they aren’t close together and just uncomfortable then they’re Braxton Hicks and if it’s a constant cramping then it might just be round ligament pain
