My 5 month old has these patches of skin that have some kind of rash on his face. Doctor said it was just dry skin but I've been cleaning it and putting lotion on it everyday. It's where he had his oxygen stickers that were officially taken off 2 months ago. It's starting to spread down his face. What can I do?
We haven't changes formula, laundry soap, lotions, or even baby wash...

My baby boy has me so worried he has such delicate skin. Calling the doctor tomorrow to take him in & get checked out. No matter what lotion I use on his skin he gets like this. Breaks my heart
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.

is this normal. it's on his face

I need some help/advice. So my son is now one month old. At his 2 week appt I noticed some bumps around his face his pediatrician said not to worry it was just baby acne. well over a period of 2 weeks it's like a full blown rash on his face and ears with peeling skin... we went to his 2 month check up Friday and his doctor just said put hydrocortisone 1% on it 4 times a day and it will clear up. he didn't tell us what kind of rash it was or anything. so Saturday I'm noticing my son's skin peelin...
Have you tried coconut oil?
