I was watching an infomercial for PiYo and was wondering if anybody has done it and what were your results. Does it actually work?
I’ve done it like once. Haha, I’m not much help, I know. But it’s hard! It seems like it would work pretty good if you kept at it.
I did it after my first child and I just stuck to the exercise plan and tried to eat as healthy as possible. After 8 weeks I was really impressed with the results I was much fitter and more toned I could barely do a push-up in the beginning. I just had my second child and I’m going to start it again. Give it a go and good luck.
