My baby has recently been closing up his ears with his palms during breastfeeds and bottle feeds. Any mama experiencing such? Any idea why?

If I’m not mistaken they just do it for comfort. My son used to pull his hair during feeds. But if they tug at their ears any time during the day it could also be an ear infection, could never hurt to get them checked.
