To all the C-Section mamas, how long did y’all wait to start driving? I can’t really remember if my nurse said I had to…

@vvrobinson, yeah! Now that I remember, I did read something like that on a Pinterest article! But out of all the things I pin on Pinterest I didn’t pin that article!🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️lol

@aubreyandvioletsmommy, i started the second week. I drove my self to the VA. I don’t know why nobody told me to wait?

@aubreyandvioletsmommy I think you can try if you're very careful and gentle. But yeah the soreness was soooo odd. I felt like I got kicked in the vag lol I saw my ob a couple of days after we tried and she said it was mental and not physical. That's why she told me to try to relax

@vvrobinson, yeah my stay at the hospital was also short. I was surprised but I was also walking as soon as they took the catheter out. Just the speed bumps made me be in pain but other than that I was out groceries shopping a week later. And now 2 weeks pp I feel a little sore but that’s it. Like you said somehow the muscles down there are really sensitive and it’s weird because my first was a vaginal delivery and I didn’t remember being sore🤔🤔 lol I’m honestly really nervous about having sex. The nurse said I’m good by 4 weeks pp but I told my hubby that I had to wait until my 6 week pp check up😂

@aubreyandvioletsmommy lol I loved my csection and every bit about it. It was amazing. I was walking early next morning right after they took catheter out and that night I showered myself. They let me go home the next morning cause I refused to spend one more day at the hospital. We were out shopping when I was 2 weeks pp. Tried sex at 4 weeks pp (hubby and I have had sex at least once a day since we got Into a relationship so it was brutal for us to wait lol)...well 4 weeks was too soon for me, I was sensitive not in the scar area but somehow my muscles down there were tender so doc told us to wait one more week and to try relaxation methods. I'm really looking forward to my second one, it was truly amazing

@vvrobinson, my god a week after! I wish I was able to do that! Lol. I was a baby the way home from the hospital. My apartment complex has like 20 speed bumps and I cried on every single one of them!😂😂 that’s great! And that’s great! My husband wouldn’t let me sit in the back so I got a mirror and I would always stare at my baby girl😩 lol

I drove a week or so after...but I really preferred to be in the backseat with my little girl so for the first 6 months of her life I literally always sat in the back 😂

I think my sister had to wait 6 weeks cuz i drove her to her 6w pp appt.
