Does anyone have a very fast solution for constipation? I have family round for a bbq and Iv been sat inside on and off the toilet for hours due to severe constipation. The pain is really really bad 😭
So doctors are out here really dying from taking the Covid vaccine and jobs really have the audacity to enforce it on us!? Lol no thank you.

I’ve been avoiding coffee, but when I’m constipated I have a cup of instant and that sorts things out 👍🏻

I haven’t got any of that 😭 Iv laid down and then pain has eased off a little but I know until I go it’s going to come back bad again.
Does anyone know if I can do the old wife’s take of hovering over hot water so the steam releases it? Or is that a no go?

wen i had that bbe i ate alot of raw oinion bbe then i got relly bad belly ach but it cleard me out big time sorry for tmi xxx
