3 cm dilated, 90% effaced.

Basically your cervix is soft, short, thin, and ready for delivery. That's effaced.

I wouldn't try to rush my daughter was born at 36 weeks and I had to stay in the hospital for a week because she was very jaundice and since she was born early 36 weeks is not full term. She was born premature and after we were out of the hospital we were in and out of the doctor's for about 2 weeks after that. Not saying that won't happen to you but hopefully it doesn't.

That’s really good! Hopefully you’ll labor naturally and fast! I was 3 cm and 60-70% at 36 weeks with this one and had him at 38.4(still 3cm) and delivered within 7 hours(with induction), but my second I was 3 cm and 50% effaced at 36 weeks, got a membrane sweep at 38 weeks when I was 5cm and 70% effaced and had him within 7 hours with no help of Pitocin.

You should roll your hips in figure 8s. That’s what I heard anyway 🤷‍♀️ helps baby’s head engage
