So how would you feel if your SO’s family came an hour away and stayed the weekend three house down at your sister in laws to see her and her step kids and didn’t make an effort to see your kids two weekends In a row. Mind you my oldest can see them there. They are literally three houses down, I just am speechless like I don’t know r wether to laugh or be mad or simply cry bc my oldest realizes what’s going on.

I'd be livid, and they'd no longer be part of my, or my child's life. Is your eldest okay? Can imagine that's not nice to see.

That’s what I’m saying but my fiancé still has hope or whatever like they do this all the time I’ve had enough it’s not us, they are hurting it’s the kids, and like I get it’s your family but there is a time to put your foot down and he says he’ll talk to them but he always just brushes it off just stays upset all weekend, like the main reason we don’t talk to his sister is bc she literally got with his best friend two weeks after his friend left his wife and three kids, it’s just a big mess and I wish he’d just drop them for good they are nothing but toxic

Ya he’s ok we just tell him they are busy or take him out to do things, last weekend we took him fishing and this weekend we are going to visit other family, so we’re trying to keep him busy
