So after this last delivery my body was rocking, flat stomach, fit into my clothes perfectly and felt great. Now since I stopped breastfeeding I feel like I'm gaining weight, actually I know I am and I hate it! I dont have time to work out and with chronic knee pain just cant get back into it. Thinking about trying diet pills....any suggestions? TIA
Green tea and water and just go for walks everyday, when i stopped breastfeeding my older son i found i was gaining wieght. I hate working out lol green tea burns calories i cut everything else from my diet no juice or pop substituted my coffee for green tea. I would drink atleast 8-10 cups and i had water before and after every meal.
