Almost 35 weeks pregnant and I'm weeing a lot less, got worsened vision, headaches that won't go away with pain killers, very weak and feeling sick a lot.
Anyone ever had this? Feet also aching and slightly swelled but probably because I'm on them a lot.
Also, at my midwife appt yesterday I had high BP

@sjbeanie i have just messaged my midwife as i even have the pain in my ribs on the right side which they say is a sign of it too. 🤔 should i be worried? Xx
@katejohnson sent me for blood tests and further urine samples because I had headaches and swelling xx

I have been suffering with these symptoms for over a week now, been in for monitoring and everything was fine and wee is coming back clear to. I am 33+2
Sounds like pre eclampsia I didn't have protein in my wee but I did have it and got kept in for monitoring.
@fayekatiedouglas, I had blurred vision and like spots in front of my eyes, swollen ankles and feet, high blood pressure and some protein in my urine. Also kept wretching but didn’t actually bring any sick up. I’d never heard of preeclampsia the first time round so I left it too late to get checked out and collapsed I was in hospital for 12 days and had emergency induction x

Don’t mean to scare you hun but this does sound like preeclampsia I’ve had it twice I would go get checked, I hope you’re ok xx
Yep wee came back fine 😞. Also have a dialated kidney though which they aren't doing anything about xx
Did she test your wee hun? Sounds a bit like preeclampsia xxx
I'm so confused because I've had a lot of people tell me that I'll know when I'm in labor because of the contractions , but I've also had people tell me they didn't feel their contractions until after their water broke , which sometimes the doctors had to do .. So when do you know ??
Just for fun - what colour are your maternity notes? I'm in Hertfordshire (town: Hertford), my notes are green. I also had green notes in Manchester 😊
Soooooooo I'm just wondering when was it a age limit on having a child? I see a lot of abortions this and abortions that ... I also see a lot of judgement going on also :-/ ...
Just curious, are there any other younger mums on here? I was 19 when I had Charlie, I'm 20 this coming Saturday but I get told a lot I look younger than I am 🙄
I'm back home from the hospital. It was a really long and hard weekend.I had my sweet baby boy. These are some of his things they gave him. That's the little hat they put on him and the little blanket they wrapped him up in. They also gave us the bear and keepsake box for his things.
@katejohnson Just get some rest and call first thing tomorrow make sure they take you seriously even if they do further tests and say you don't have it, better safe :) hope everything is okay xx
