Nails. 💅🏼💅🏼 Don’t mind my dry, peeling hands. I’ve been trying to find a good lotion to help them

@cajunpeach89, mine too! Ugh I hated it. I’ve got it under control now. I don’t have to use the steroid cream. Changing my habits helped immensely!

@santistevanmommie, organic helps! I even had to change my body wash/hair products to no paraben, SLS, phylaphalates (sp?). Idk but I seriously had to change my entire way of doing things. I hope it’s not nearly as bad as mine.

It’s wild to see someone have it! My mom thought I had a skin eating disease once! Like ‘Mom, I went to the doc, it’s eczema’. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I was always embarrassed to shake peoples hands. It’s horrible.

@rayofmysunshine, that makes sense. I’ll have to get some gloves and I just recently switched to a more mild organic soap for washing dishes

I also started using a probiotic that helped.

It sucks. I get it bad sometimes. Have to use clobetasol to treat it. Stop using cleaners and detergents with your bare hands.

@rayofmysunshine, oh I’ll have to look into that. When I was younger I got eczema pretty bad.

@santistevanmommie, I call them stress bumps I swear they only pop up when I’m stressing and then my hands will start peeling so bad they get raw If you find anything to help you gotta let me know!!

@kaym, me either I just assume it has to do with dryness but I could be wrong. I pick at it when it’s like this.
