@jennatess, yeah it’s through a couple agencies. Like one asked if i would be interested in her doing an ad for Target for some release happening sometime this year or next year. And another agency was telling me how they partner with Nike and stuff and they showed me their roster and stuff. So they seem pretty legit, I’m just scared about the future of it would affect her or anything.

I’d be cautious. Companies themselves don’t usually reach out directly to parents. They usually contact a modeling agency which then sends children their way and they can choose from those children.
Smaller companies / local companies are more likely to reach out directly.
Your daughter is absolutely beautiful… I would set her up with an agency first. This way, they can do all the dirty work for you and help you with any kind of contracts, as well as steer you away from frauds.
